It is so important when building a home for a family as opposed to a house that the time is taken to understand the lifestyle of that family. In the past when I take the responsibility to bring this to fruition for clients, we spend many hours creating a story-board of the workings and the unique needs of the families who will live there

I have been very fortunate to have a niche where most builders cannot compete. I offer a unique touch, a different point of view and the understanding of what has been missing out there for several years. I believe there is not one house that could possibly fit the needs of every family, and yet that is what is offered day after day.

I would love to create a new way to nurture families by cutting out the fluff and build homes where use is efficient and not over-sized with an emphasis on beauty. One of my motto's is "every room used every day." Too often I have seen monster homes built with extra rooms adding to square footage and ongoing cost, only to be used three days a year.

By combining my experiences as a designer and builder, my homes are uniquely custom built to fit the lives lived within.
